Return policy:
As we are small, and carry no stock on hand, we urge you verify all information regarding the products before you order. Please email us at sales@petcamper.com for a Return Authorization Number and let us know what the problem is with the product. No returns will be accepted with out the RMA number. If the product is damaged, or incorrect, we will have it replaced imediatly. If you must return a product for mis-order reasons, we will pass on the 0%-20% restock fee that our vendors charge us. We will then inform you of what the restock fee will be, if any, and work further with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping info:
As of right now, order can only be accepted within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We will provide you with shipping information, as soon as it is available to us, and usually takes 3-10 days for delivery.
